Interactive Visualization & Intelligence Augmentation Lab

We are part of the Visual Computing Institute at the Department of Computer Science of ETH Zurich. The lab is led by Mennatallah El-Assady who works at the intersection of data analysis, visualisation, computational linguistics and explainable artificial intelligence. She focuses in particular on combining data mining and machine learning techniques with visual analytics, specifically for text data. Her research delivers innovative methodology that contributes to the creation of explainable, robust and versatile AI.
